No matter how much you work out or eat well, there are more pieces to the puzzle that you must maintain in order to live a healthy life. This concludes with the importance of having healthy social surroundings. It means putting in effort to the friends you care for, and showing your family how much you love and appreciate them. This week was a fun one…went to the Mariner’s game and watched them lose with some friends! It was great to see people that I hadn’t seen in ages…from my best friend, to my old best guy friend, to new people, friends from high school as well as an old manager I continue to keep in touch with. I truly appreciate the people I have in my life. I have had my ups and downs and in reality, I can handle anything because of my healthy support system.
- “Remind your loved ones that you love them every chance you get. – It doesn’t always matter where you go, what you do, or how much you have. Sometimes all that matters is who you have beside you. So be grateful for the wonderful people in your life, and let them know how much they mean to you on a regular basis” -marcandangel.com

Life is SHORT. Make sure you tell the people in your life how much you love them. When you have a good support system of friends and family, it will improve your overall health. Life is too short to be alone and to be stressed. Happy Fathers Day to my amazing father and all the other fathers out there.

I am a big fan of telling the people I love how much they mean to me… perhaps I over do it, if that’s possible :p Great post!

This is so true. I find that when my relationships suffer, my mental health suffers. And when my mental health suffers, my physical health will definitely suffer.
