Sometimes all you need is a little motivation. I often look at inspiring quotes or spend time on my Health&Fitness Pinterest to help get that little boost to get out the door. These are some of my favorite quotes on fitness that help me stay active and never give up. Your health is so important and hopefully these help you make it to the gym today:)

What a great blog! I’m jealous of some of your hiking pics! That’s one of my favorite things to do outdoors. I’ve also started hot yoga and Crossfit this year too and love it! Looking forward to reading more about your journey in wellness and fitness!
